Rhoda Anne Herbert Foundation create a Sufficient and sustainable life for people and their families.We do this through a range of primary to post-secondary programs for young and old male and females and work with schools and their communities across the world, focusing on three important areas: Education, Employment and Enterprise Training and Girls’ Education.
The non-profit Rhoda Anne Herbert Foundation exists to invest in the next generation of individuals, providing young and old people with the tools they need to break the poverty cycle and create a good standard of living within themselves and their community.
We strongly believe that education has a key role to play in helping families and communities to thrive and our programs support the two-generation approach to poverty reduction.

Elizabeth is the managing partner of Markowitz & Mellencamp, PC, established in 1983. Elizabeth has been accredited by the American Bar Association. As a leading Donation Secretary in Rhoda Anne Herbert Foundation, Elizabeth uses her experience and personal relationships to get results for all Rhoda Anne Herbert Foundation Lucky Beneficiary. She is a talented and hard working Secretary who never stops trying to be fair in selecting our lucky winners.
Barr. Nicholas Douglas Osborne holds a Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA) degree, and has over 18 years of experience as Rhoda Anne Herbert Foundation Barrister in US. Nicholas has personally handled quite a few high-profile cases, both as a philanthropist as well as a defense lawyer.
