Rhoda Anne Herbert Foundation is an organization whose primary objectives are philanthropy and social well-being (eg educational, religious or other activities serving the public interest or common good).

This Foundation was set up in her honor as a new kind of non-profit organization with the overarching philosophy of helping people without creating dependency.

It varies between countries and in some instances regions of the country. The regulation, the tax treatment, and the way in which charity law affects charitable organizations also vary. Rhoda Anne Herber Foundation are not like other organization who may not use any of their funds to profit individual persons or entities.

In order to meet the exempt organizational test requirements, a supposed winner has to be exclusively organized and operated. In order to receive and pass the exemption test which leads to standing a chance of becoming a winner, We must follow the public interest and all exempt Donation should be for the public interest because we must demonstrate that we provide a public benefit

The main idea of the Rhoda Anne Herber Foundation developed over the last decade and came to fruition in 2013, with the formal start of the launch process. We consider it our greatest achievement to support lucky individuals every year and their families by building the capacity of self financial individuals, schools and communities to effect sustainable change.
